is there any validity to the notion that stress can cause Premature Graying of hair, or is it plain genetics?
are there supplements that prevent or treat graying hair, besides colouring?
There is no prove that stress causes gray hair .if there are supplements I don’t think they would work .Its just one of those things we have to live with .The good side of it is as the color of you hair changes so do the pigments in your skin so gray hair can look good on some people .This is why when you see old people with black hair it looks bad ,they think it should suit them coz that was the color they used to be but their skin has changed and then it just looks wrong
